The standard version of the service station container consists of a sturdy frame with ISO corners . The robust, cubic steel body (S235 JR) is double-walled and internally oiled for corrosion protection, while the exterior is finished with a two-component paint coating (e.g., RAL 9010). The ISO dimensions allow for straightforward and cost-effective transport of the containers by road, rail, and ship. Loading and unloading with a crane is easily accomplished thanks to the integrated corner fittings at the top.

Tank container ready for immediate use

The tank containers house not only the fuel tank but also all operating elements and fittings, ensuring safety and protection. The integrated dispensing systems have a flow rate of 45 to 120 liters per minute and a meter displaying liters and price, or offering fully electronic billing. Users can choose between non-calibrated (for personal use) or calibrated (for resellers) versions. Additional safety features include a non-slip coating on the dispensing column recesses, switchable recess lighting, an emergency stop switch, and a fire extinguisher.

The flexibility of the tank containers is reflected in their diverse applications. They are suitable for refueling trucks, cars, diesel locomotives, construction machinery, mining equipment, yachts, and boats. Upgrading them to an airfield refueling station for helicopters and small aircraft is also possible.

When empty, the container units can be easily and quickly moved to another location . The construction time for a mobile gas station is significantly shorter than that of a traditional one. The construction of the foundation slab and a roadway with a light liquid separator is estimated at about one week. Assembling the container takes a maximum of one day.

Expandable tank containers

Expanding the container filling station is easily accomplished by adding an extra roadway and unloading another container. To adapt to changing fuel consumption patterns, the tank containers can be easily exchanged for smaller or larger ones. For a complete overhaul, the defective container is replaced with a new or refurbished one. The repair is carried out at the factory branch. This limits downtime for the filling station to a maximum of one day.

The filling station units are available as single- or dual-chamber systems with capacities of 20.000, 40.000, and 60.000 liters . Additional compartments and an office space for the operating personnel can be integrated as needed. The installation of a dedicated generator is also possible. By installing special equipment such as thermal insulation, electric tank heating, filter, pump and system controls, a chemically resistant special coating, or equipment for highly flammable materials, the containerized filling stations can be individually adapted to the specific site and operating conditions.
