Our double-walled KC-MA fuel storage tank containers with integrated engine room are made of stainless steel or steel with an internal coating.

They are used to store diesel, heating oil or other liquid media to supply machines and units.

The KCD-MA series is available in 5 standard sizes, from 24.000 liters to 40.900 liters, in 20 or 40 foot lengths, and with an engine room length of 1m, 2m, or 4m.

The engine room is the defining feature of KCD-MA tanks. The space in front of the tank is extremely practical for the safe installation of auxiliary equipment such as generators, compressors, filters, pumps, or even a fuel purification system.

Everything is securely fastened with lockable doors. We also offer KCD-MA's with optional side doors . This allows access to the engine room from the side, even in tight spaces in front of the container.

The KCD-MA tanks are designed to be robust and can also be used as a special series: KCD-MA-EBZ – in earthquake zone 1 .

The KCD-MA-UR series is suitable for storing urea up to a media density of 1.2. The most extreme version, KCD-MA-HW, can also be used in flood-prone areas .

The KCD-MA tanks are robustly constructed and sit within a surrounding ISO container frame. Thanks to the ISO dimensions, easy transport by truck or container ship is guaranteed.

The service section with the dome access and connection flanges is located on the roof, covered by a compact, fully closable hood element.

Thanks to the double-walled construction of the tank unit, no drip tray is required for the KCD-MA tanks. The engine room floor, however, is equipped with a drip tray for any spills.

A vacuum leak detector constantly monitors the tank's tightness . Should the tank leak due to corrosion or damage, the leak detector will trigger an alarm.

KCD-MA tank containers are produced as standard for outdoor installation.

Here's an example of its use: The KCD-MA can be installed outdoors without a spill containment tray . The additional equipment required can then be installed in the integrated engine room. This creates a compact and self-contained storage tank unit with securely installed auxiliary equipment.

For various applications, we offer additional tank equipment at an additional cost: level sensor, overfill protection, filling pipe, pump combination or vent nozzle with hood.
