Krampitz double-walled day tanks KTD-TT (old: TTD)

Our double-walled day tanks KTD-TT (old: TTD) are made of stainless steel or steel with an internal coating.

They are used to supply machines and units with fuel, lubricating oil or aqueous urea solution.

The KTD-TT (old: TTD's are available in 6 standard sizes. From 250 liters to 1950 liters.

The KTD-TT (old: TTD) tanks are robustly constructed and can also be used in earthquake zones 1 and 3. They also have increased strength for the urea media density of 1,2.

Thanks to the double-walled construction, no drip tray is required for the KTD-TT (old: TTD) tanks.

A vacuum leak detector constantly checks the tightness of the tank. If the tank becomes leaky due to corrosion or external damage, the alarm is displayed visually.

The tanks are suitable for installation in buildings as well as in system containers.

Here is an example of use (see video above): The KTD-TT (old: TTD) can be installed directly above a column without a collecting tray. The supply and return lines are connected to the machine or generator via a suction line.

The KTD-TT (old: TTD) can be filled using a tank truck via a fixed pipeline. When the maximum fill level is reached, the tank truck pump is automatically switched off by the limit switch via the signal line.

Attention: If the volume is too small (less than 1000 liters), the tank must be filled directly using a nozzle under the supervision of the tanker driver.

The exception is the automatic filling by the system's own pump. To do this, the tank must have an automatic refill control with level sensors as well as an overfill protection.
