Recommended for pumping diesel/heating oil, as well as liquids that do not chemically attack the pump materials (e.g. diesel). The PK-80 centrifugal pump is a compact pump that is used with sparse, irregular flow or pumped medium mixed with air.
Recommended for conveying low-viscosity media, e.g. E.g. EL heating oil, diesel, clean water and liquids that do not chemically attack the pump materials.
The pumps are designed so that the medium can be sucked in even if it is mixed with air. Due to their reliability and maintenance-free nature, they are recommended for use in home and building technology and industry, especially for water supply in conjunction with pressure vessels.

Gerotor pumps are suitable for pumping liquid, lubricating media with a viscosity of 50-500 mm2/s (cSt) and which do not contain any solid impurities or are not prone to solidification.
The design without a coupling saves considerable length. To protect the electric motor from overload, a bypass valve with an opening pressure of 1–10 bar is integrated into the pump (default setting: see table).
Characteristics:
Flow rates from 25 to 60 l/min; Pressures from up to 6 bar; continuous operation
Attention!
Bypass operation with closed delivery is only permitted for a short time (maximum 2-3 minutes). As soon as the overheating protection is triggered, switch off the power supply and wait until the motor has cooled down. If, in a special application, there is a risk of working in the bypass for a longer period of time, it is absolutely necessary to ensure that the bypassed suction line is not recirculated inside the pump, but is returned to the suction container.
The gear pump is particularly suitable for pumping media that does not contain any solids, ensures a minimum level of lubricity and is chemically compatible. The standard version is delivered with the direction of rotation “clockwise”.
Simply turning the pump housing by 180° allows you to change the direction of rotation. The direction of flow also changes.
Recommended for pumping petrol and liquids with a viscosity of up to 50 mm2/s (cSt) that do not chemically attack the pump materials. The TP-K-600-B transfer pump is a compact, self-priming centrifugal pump that is used for sparse, irregular flow rates or for pumping media mixed with air.
Recommended for pumping diesel/heating oil. The TP-K-600-DK transfer pump is a compact, self-priming centrifugal pump that is used for sparse, irregular flow rates or for pumping media mixed with air.
The pump combinations Z-PK-2020 (230 V) and Z-PK-2021 (400 V) are used exclusively to pump diesel fuel and EL heating oil. A wide range of applications results from the good delivery rate of up to approx. 40-50 l/min at approx. 5 m delivery height (5 l/min at approx. 35 m height). The ambient temperature of the pump combination is +5 °C to +35 °C. The temperature of the pumped medium is +5 °C to 30 °C. The specified operating temperatures must be adhered to.
The Z-PK pump combinations are a further development of the previous pump combinations. The Z-PK is protected as a utility model. The main feature of this new development is the common pump support to accommodate the electric centrifugal pump and the hand vane pump. No lines or shut-off systems are necessary between the centrifugal pump and the hand vane pump. The Z-PK pump combination is installed inside closed buildings. The pump combination is attached to vertical, load-bearing walls, consoles or other suitable brackets with 4 screws.

for the oil supply of industrial combustion engines
The Z-PG pump unit enables oil changes or oil supply to industrial combustion engines. The pump's simple functionality allows the two required delivery paths to be switched by simply switching the direction of rotation of the electric motor. Each direction of rotation is secured with a check valve. To check the pressure, the pump is equipped with two pressure gauges and an additional sight glass for visual control. To protect the electric motor from overload, a pressure relief valve is always integrated into the pump. Recommended for pumping non-flammable, lubricating liquids such as mineral oil and liquids with a viscosity of 50 to 500 mm2/s (cSt) that do not chemically attack the pump materials.
Range:
Decentralized pump station for installation on the engine's oil pan to remove used oil. Used for larger distances between the oil supply system and the combustion engine.
Functionality:
The OSP waste oil extraction unit is used for the central extraction of waste oil from the oil pans of combustion engines. The advantage of the system is the direct positioning of the unit on the engine oil pan. This makes it possible to easily transport waste oil over longer distances to the waste oil tank (no cavitation). The OSP consists of a sheet metal frame to accommodate a waste oil suction pump unit and the decentralized electrical control. An integrated collecting tray protects against contamination in the event of small leakages. The OPS is switched on and off independently of the central control of the IDEAL (MAXIMUM).
Integrated fuses in the pump housing in the form:
a) a level sensor in the pump housing on the suction side of the pump protects against dry running and automatically switches off the OSP when the engine oil pan is drained;
b) When starting up for the first time, button 1 (manual suction) must be kept pressed until the pump body is filled with oil. The control then takes over to switch off the pump. The suction button only bypasses the dry-running protection.
for combination with day tank
When large emergency diesel generators run for more than 8 hours, larger amounts of engine lubricating oil are also consumed in addition to diesel fuel. This can result in the lubricating oil level in the engine oil pan falling below the level. We have developed the diesel engine oil day tank combination for this purpose. The basis is Krampitz standard single-walled day tanks with a volume of 500 liters or more. diesel fuel.
We place an additional engine lubricating oil tank with a volume of 30 or 60 liters under this day tank. at. This tank fits the dimensions between the collection tray and the day tank and is located within the external dimensions of the Krampitz standard collection tray. The oil tank is equipped with a content display on the side and a ventilation nozzle.
The flow to the machine is located on the side in the bottom area of the tank. Additional sleeves in the tank roof can accommodate float switches. The diesel fuel day tank can also be equipped with diesel return coolers. The return cooler guarantees that the fuel is cooled down by 20°Celsius. This prevents the fuel in the day tank from heating up to over 50° Celsius.
Use and function
The Filling cabinet and disposal cabinet is a safety equipment for easy installation of tank truck connections with limit switch plug and overfill acknowledgement box. This issues a visual and acoustic alarm when the maximum fill level in the tank is reached using an overfill protection device and a measuring transducer (both available separately).
The visual alarm is triggered by a flashing light on the roof of the box or by a horn in the housing. The alarm can be switched off or acknowledged using the alarm acknowledgement button located in the middle of the housing. There is a removable drip tray on the floor of the filling and disposal cabinet to collect small amounts of drips from the tanker connection.
The Filling and disposal cabinet can be used for refueling Diesel, heating oil, fresh oil or in stainless steel version also for Urea solution It can also be equipped with suction nozzles for used oil. The locking door guarantees access to the tanker connections only for trained personnel. Furthermore, the connection fittings are housed in a weatherproof enclosure.
The oil warning probe consists of an evaluation unit and a maximum of five probes. The signal part and probes are connected to each other by three-wire signal lines.
Evaluation unit
The evaluation unit contains the display and control elements as well as all electronic components for evaluating and converting the probe signal into a digital output signal in an impact-resistant plastic housing. The output signal is available as a potential-free relay contact (changeover contact).
Probe
A probe consists of an infrared transmitter and an infrared receiver, which are fixed at a certain distance from each other. Both parts together form a light barrier. If there is air between the transmitter and receiver, most of the infrared radiation generated by the transmitter reaches the receiver. If the probe is immersed in a liquid, only a small amount of radiation reaches the receiver. The probe is equipped with a three-wire signal cable.
Other specifications
The type OM5 oil leak warning probe monitors the occurrence of oil accumulations at up to five independent locations. If one or more probes are immersed in liquid, the signal part detects the changed probe signal and gives a visual and acoustic alarm and activates the output relay.
for combination with day tank
The diesel fuel day tank can also be equipped with diesel return coolers. The return coolers ensure that the fuel is cooled down by 20°Celsius. This prevents the fuel in the day tank from heating up to over 50°Celsius.
electronic, type Eurovac HV in protective housing with heating/horn
The Eurovac HV leak detector in the protective housing (IP55) with heating is a leak detector for negative pressure according to EN 13160-1 Class I. The protective housing with heating means that the leak detector can be used down to -25 °C and is therefore recommended for outdoor installation of tanks. The Eurovac HV leak detector is only suitable for indicating leaks in containers that are operated without pressure, i.e. under atmospheric conditions, for storing liquids.
Application area of leak detector Eurovac HV:
electronic, type VL-330, 24V
Range:
Water-polluting liquids with a flash point of over 55 °C, where no explosive vapor-air mixtures occur and with an existing fixed 24 V/DC power connection. (Optionally with various EX equipment for liquids with a flash point of under 55 °C as a separate component)
The flexible level sensor AE-100-E is a float switch for filling levels that works according to the proven reed contact principle. We have been using the high-quality level indicator AE-100-E for over 10 years. It fulfills its task on all continents, whether in extreme heat in Africa or extreme cold in Arctic research stations. There are now over 10.000 AE-100-E in use worldwide.
The level transmitter AE-100-E is generally used for the automatic request or shutdown of pumps when there are reports of specified filling level points (undershoot or overshoot) in tanks. Furthermore, remote signaling or automatic emergency shutdowns are implemented, for example when the filling level falls below the minimum level. The flexible level sensor has a plastic cable with a stainless steel switching head in which a short sliding tube is incorporated. This switching head has such a heavy weight that it cannot float in a liquid and therefore functions like a standpipe.
The AE-100-UR level sensor is designed to implement level-dependent switching points in aqueous urea solution. This enables the automatic control of electrical components such as pumps. This would be the case with an automatic request or shutdown of pumps when a specified level point is reported to be exceeded or undershot. Remote signaling or automatic emergency shutdowns can also be implemented, e.g. when the level falls below the minimum level.
The AE-100-UR is a flexible level sensor that is attached to a cable with electrical insulation made of plastic. The sensor is a plastic switch head, into which a short sliding tube is incorporated. The float with integrated magnetic ring slides on the sliding tube, which has a reed contact. The switching contact of the reed switch is activated when the magnetic ring of the float slides over the reed contact, thus opening or closing it depending on the position.
(Float switch) made of stainless steel, biodiesel resistant
The AE-100-BD level sensor is designed to implement level-dependent switching points in non-flammable liquids (such as diesel or biodiesel). This enables the automatic control of electrical components such as pumps. This would be the case with an automatic request or shutdown of pumps when a specified level is reported to be exceeded or undershot. Remote signaling or automatic emergency shutdowns can also be implemented, e.g. when the level falls below the minimum level.
