Our flat double-walled fuel storage tank containers KCD-FL-XL are made of stainless steel or steel with an internal coating.

They are used to supply machines and units with diesel, heating oil or HVO.

The belly tanks “KCD-FL-XL” are available in 6 standard sizes. From 9000 liters to 35.000 liters. In 20 or 40 feet length. Special dimensions or sizes are also possible on request.

The KCD-FL-XL tank container are robustly designed and can also be used in earthquake zone 1 and in flood areas.

The extra-flat KCD-FL-XL tanks are very sturdy. They also have a surrounding heavy container frame, which makes it possible to accommodate large machine containers.

The KCD-FL-XL tanks are wider than the normal KCD-FL tanks.

Instead of the normal container width of 2438 mm, the XL tanks have a width of 3000 mm. However, there are also special versions of KCD-FL tanks with a width of up to 4000 mm. Attention! Please note that special transport to the construction site is required!

The maximum total weight of the attached machine containers is 30 tons as standard for Krampitz belly tanks. However, KCD-FL-XL tanks with a total load capacity of 60 tons possible.

By simply stacking the KCD-FL-XL and machine container on top of each other, a compact, space-saving overall system is created.
The service section with the dome entrance and the connection flanges is arranged outside the container frame in a hood element.
Perfect for assembly and service - but also the planning of the entire system is very easy.

Thanks to the double-walled construction, no drip tray is required for the KCD-FL-XL tanks.
A vacuum leak detector constantly checks the tightness of the tank. If the tank becomes leaky due to corrosion or damage, the leak detector triggers an alarm.
If required, a Krampitz fuel cleaning and fuel care system KRP 5000 can be installed directly next to the hood element. To do this, we move the service section further outwards when manufacturing the tank container.

The KCD-FL-XL tank containers are suitable for outdoor installation.

Here is an example of use: The KCD-FL-XL can be installed outside without a drip tray. A 20 or 40 foot machine container with extra width, which contains a large diesel generator or machine, for example, is placed directly on the BellyTank The supply lines for the machine container can then be connected to the service section.
