TTE – single-walled day tank

The TTE serves as a day tank for supplying units with fuel or lubricating oil. The TTE is also referred to as a receiver tank. Due to its structure and features, it meets the requirements for use in emergency power systems in accordance with VDE 107/108. It is suitable for installation in buildings as well as in system containers. The installation surface must be level, load-bearing and designed as a collecting tray. If there is no collection space available on site, a collection tray must be used. The cubic design of the TTE guarantees optimal use of space. Special dimensions in length, width and height can be easily implemented. The only limits are the approval and transportability.

The TTE-A-DB serves as a day tank for the Supply of aggregates with fuel or lubricating oil. The TTE-A-DB is also referred to as a template tank. Due to its structure and features, it meets the requirements for use in emergency power systems in accordance with VDE 107/108. It is suitable for installation in buildings as well as in system containers.

The installation surface must be level, load-bearing and designed as a collecting tray. If there is no collection space available on site, a collection tray must be used. The cubic design of the TTE-A-DB guarantees optimal use of space. Special dimensions in length, width and height can be easily implemented. The only limits are the approval and transportability.

The cubic design of the TTEXL guarantees one optimal use of space. Special dimensions in length, width and height can be easily implemented. The only limits are the transportability.

The KTD-TT (old: TTD) serves as a day tank for supplying units with fuel or lubricating oil. It is also referred to as a storage tank. This tank is suitable for installation in buildings as well as in plant containers. Due to its double-walled construction, no collecting tray is required on site.

The installation surface must be level and stable. The cubic design of the KTD-TT (old: TTD) guarantees optimal use of space. If necessary, the dimensions can be changed within the maximum values as shown in the table below. The only limits here are the approval and transportability.

The KTD-F is a double-walled storage tank made of heavy-duty steel and is used to store water-polluting media such as diesel, heating oil and petrol. It is equipped with an approved vacuum leak detection system. It is installed on a flat, stable surface. The KTD-F can be easily transported using a forklift or crane. The KTD-F is supplied with extensive basic equipment that enables immediate use.

Optional options include stainless steel versions, electric heating and a heating register for using process heat. The KTD-F is manufactured from steel S38.12 JR in accordance with the general building regulations approval Z-312-235 and must be equipped with a vacuum leak detector.

KTD-F-XL-AA – Double-walled storage tank

Outdoor installation

The KTD-F-XL is designed for storing water-polluting substances such as heating oil, diesel, mineral oil, and process water, as well as substances listed in the material resistance list for approval. It is designed for outdoor installation. Its defining feature is its double-walled, cubic construction. Installation requires a level, load-bearing surface. The KTD-F-XL can be easily transported using a forklift, pallet jack, or crane.

The KTD-F-XL comes with a comprehensive standard package, enabling immediate use. Optional features include special internal coatings, stainless steel construction, thermal insulation, electric heating, or a heating coil for process heat utilization. The KTD-F-XL is manufactured according to the general building authority approval Z-38.12-312. and must be equipped with a vacuum leak detector.

KTD-FHW-AD – Double-walled storage tank

Outdoor installation, locations at risk of flooding

The KTD-FHW is designed for storing water-polluting substances such as heating oil, diesel, mineral oil, and process water. It is intended for installation in flood-prone areas, both indoors and outdoors, within and outside of earthquake zones. Its defining feature is its double-walled, cubic construction. Installation requires a level, load-bearing surface. The KTD-FHW can be easily transported using a forklift or crane.

The KTD-FHW comes with a comprehensive standard package, enabling immediate use. Optional features include special internal coatings, stainless steel construction, electric heating, and a heating coil for process heat utilization. The KTD-FHW is manufactured in accordance with the general building authority approval Z-38.12-312.

KCD-FL – storage tank container double-walled, flat (belly tank)

Flat fuel storage tank container Double-walled for setting up machine containers on the tank roof in standard ISO width.

The double-walled, extra-flat steel fuel storage tank container (belly tank) for storing diesel fuel to supply diesel generators is equipped with a heavy container frame that can accommodate a 20ft or 40ft machine container. This creates a space-saving overall system in which the diesel generator in the machine container is located directly on the extra-flat fuel storage tank container.

The KCD-FL offers a compact design of the entire system and enables quick system assembly on site. The service section with dome entry, connecting flanges with 2" sockets are arranged outside the container frame in a hood element. This is easy to install and service and makes planning the entire system easy. In addition to the hood element, a Krampitz fuel cleaning and care system (KRP) can be installed in the weather protection housing in the service section if necessary. Optional accessories can be installed here. The storage tank container is equipped with vacuum leak monitoring.

Flat extra wide fuel storage tank container double-walled XL for installing machine containers on the tank roof with extra-wide dimensions. The extra-wide (3.000 mm) double-walled, extra-flat steel fuel storage tank container for storing diesel fuels is intended for supplying diesel generators. This storage tank container is equipped with a heavy container frame, which is used to accommodate an extra-wide machine housing on the storage tank container. This enables space-saving overall installations. The KCD-FL-XL offers a compact design and allows for quick system assembly on site. The service section with dome entry, connection flanges with 2" sleeves is arranged outside the ISO container frame. This is easy to assemble and service and makes planning the entire system simple. KCD-ISO-HC – Double-walled storage tank container

with certified CSC transport frame

A key feature of the KCD-ISO-HC tanks is the tested CSC transport frame, into which the KCD-ISO-HC tank and the integrated niche are recessed. This allows for successful acceptance by DNV. Containers can be transported worldwide without any problems. – by ship, rail and truck.

During CSC testing, our tank containers are subjected to rigorous stress tests on a test rig. The special feature of the Krampitz container design is... Robustness of the CSC frameNormally, torsional rigidity tests result in a slight bending of the frame. This is measured using micrometer screws during the test. Even after the frame is relieved of the load on the test rig (by retracting the hydraulic test rams), a slight deformation usually remains. The Krampitz container frame goes back to 0 mm!

The technical requirements for tanks have changed dramatically in recent years. Disasters such as hurricanes, earthquakes, and floods are increasing, and other media such as urea are coming into focus. We have equipped our tanks with the new KCD-MA series and adapted to sub-variants. Our worldwide experience with extreme operating environments such as Mining and offshore installations as well as with a wide variety of climate zones such as Jungle, steppe, desert and Arctic as well as the expansion of our storage media portfolio to include chemical media such as Urea, alkalis and acids This has led to the continuous development of our storage tanks. As a result of this process, we have established a classification of the application areas for KCD-MA tanks. These areas include earthquake zone 1 and static media resistance for media with a density of up to 1.2 kg/l.
