The past 25 years have been dominated by plastic IBCs in the bottling industry. These were functional and cheap, but not safe. There were a large number of fires in industrial facilities and, even worse, major environmental pollution.
Environmental disasters on Europe's motorways and country roads due to traffic accidents associated with these IBCs were not uncommon. Today it can be said that this technical storage and transport solution is demonstrably unsafe and poses a great danger to the population. Therefore, other technical solutions must be used.

Bottling companies process a wide variety of quantities and media, usually with quickly changing equipment. In addition to standard products that have been introduced, special applications are being used more and more quickly and frequently. This requires intelligent, safe storage tank solutions.
The biggest problem for bottling companies is space
Therefore, the installation of the storage tanks must be as space-saving as possible. The simplest solution is to install stacked storage tanks on a wall of the production facility. When installed in the hall, thermal insulation and heating of the tank chambers are unnecessary. When you set up outside the hall, you save production space in the hall.
Storage tank container with integrated filling system
The use of filling modules is ideal for quickly converting or expanding production to a new product. Krampitz has this for Storage tank container with integrated machine room, type KCD-MA, in the delivery program. A filling system will be installed in this machine room. The tank container and filling system therefore form a module which, when emptied, can easily be moved using large forklifts.
Filling system directly on a flat tank container
Another solution for filling modules is the Building a bottling plant on one flat tank container of type KCD-FL. Depending on the version, this tank solution can carry machines weighing up to 60 tons. This is also an excellent production module.
These tank modules can also be used to realize production outside of workshops. A stable foundation is required on which a storage tank of the KCD-FL type is placed. A machine container is mounted on this tank container, in which the filling system is installed.
Large stack tank systems
It is ideal for large storage quantities and a variety of media required building of Large container stacking tank systems at. These consist of storage tank containers in single-chamber, two-chamber and three-chamber versions. These special stacking containers can be assembled in up to four units on top of each other. Several of these stacks can be placed next to each other. Correct foundation design and execution is very important here.

Tank container leak monitoring
All tanks can be single-walled or double-walled with electronic vacuumLeak monitoring to be delivered.
Tank container fire protection coating
Thanks to the double-walled design, these tanks go with the Water law compliant. The steel or stainless steel version guarantees a quality according to our test mark Fire resistance of 30 minutes. If there are increased fire protection requirements, our tanks and containers are equipped with a special exterior Fire protection coating equipped. F60, F90, F120 and F180 are therefore possible.
Tank container corrosion protection
The external corrosion protection can be implemented up to level C5-M according to DIN EN ISO 12944. Krampitz only uses the best coating materials. High quality interior coatings, depending on the application, are also implemented by the Krampitz team.
Tank container thermal insulation and heating
For temperature-sensitive storage media, the storage tanks and containers can be equipped with a thermal insulation be equipped. The same applies to a Hot water heater register inside the tank for a perfect temperature execution.
Tank container level measurement
The volume recording or the Fill level of the tank chambers is determined using electronic ultrasonic sensors or hydrostatic pressure sensors.

Safety as standard – Krampitz tank containers

The Ejector protection of the individual tanks and tank chambers is secured by means of electric motorized ball valves in the suction lines of the tanks.
Safety railings, ladders and platforms complement the Krampitz container construction kit.
