TTE day tank equipment package Eisenach and flow diagrams
The TTE Eisenach equipment package contains three level sensors and a filling nozzle. They can do that TTE day tanks can be filled manually with a fuel nozzle using a tank truck.
A collecting tray is required for setting up the single-walled tanks. If none are available on site, our collection trays, which are specially designed for the tanks, and our columns can be used.
Now screw in the filler neck and the day tank can be filled manually using the nozzle.
By the way! Here you can clearly see how the tank's own mechanical content display with float arm works. If the level rises, the float arm rises and transfers the movement to the pointer.
The consumer is supplied via the supply line.
The flow connection is one centimeter above the bottom of the tank.
This means that dirt and deposits, which mainly collect on the floor, do not get into the flow line.
However, the tank can be completely emptied using the KFE tap on the right.
Danger! The piping is not included in the equipment package.
But there are 3 level sensors with which fill levels are recorded electrically. These switching contacts can be connected to an external control to display the filling levels. Or for automatic refilling with a system-specific refill pump type Z-PK.
The control records three fill level points: min-min, min and max. When the fill level in the tank reaches the min level, the refill pump starts and fills the tank. When the max level is reached, the pump switches off again. The tank is full.
If the fuel level drops to min-min, i.e. only 10% fill level and the tank is almost empty, the unit control switches the machine off. This prevents the machine from running dry and drawing air.
Easy filling and level control with the TTE Eisenach equipment package.
Krampitz tank system - cubically good.
