The MINOTAUR mobile filling station with office is distinguished by its cubic design, which offers optimal space utilization, high safety, and easy transport. Depending on the version, the tank has a capacity of 11.000 or 36.000 liters. With its integrated office space for the operating personnel, the container provides a complete, mobile refueling unit that can be expanded virtually without limit.

Construction of the tank container

The construction of the tank container with generator and office also follows the same standardized ISO dimensions as the other MINOTAUR modules. This offers significant advantages when combining multiple container units and during transport. For example, the fuel station containers can be stacked up to eight high, allowing them to be transported stably and in a space-saving manner to their respective deployment locations.

No matter where in the world a mobile tank container with office space is needed: MINOTAUR tank containers are proven systems in areas with inadequate infrastructure and provide reliable service even in demanding climate zones and difficult environments. Various functional niches accommodate, among other things, the petrol pump, the technical equipment and the diesel generator with 5 kW output for a self-sufficient power supply. Especially in hotter regions, the sun roof offers effective protection against overheating of the tank container.

Equipping a tank container with an office

The tank roof is a single-walled, self-supporting construction that houses, among other things, the DN 650 dome entrance, air-termination rods to protect against lightning strikes, a closure hood with gas pressure spring, various connection points and the ventilation.

There are two niches on the long side of the tank container with the unit that fulfill different functions. The filling niche is approx. 800 mm wide, 650 mm deep and 2000 mm high and is equipped with a filling pipe with suitable piping and a pump for the transfer of 650 liters per minute. There is also lighting with a switch and a locking door.

The slightly larger functional niche with a width of 2000 mm, a depth of 1000 mm and a height of 2000 mm houses the leak warning device, the petrol or diesel pump with a pipeline module and a delivery rate of around 80 liters per minute. There is also lighting with a switch, a fire extinguisher and the emergency stop switch.

Office container

The office space provides room for the gas station's operating personnel and is equipped with air conditioning, a lockable door, and a window (optionally mirrored). It also includes lighting, electrical distribution, and system controls.

High safety thanks to double-walled construction
The container has a double-walled construction made of the robust material S 235 JRG 2, which effectively protects against accidental fuel leaks. For the best possible safety, vacuum leak monitoring is integrated into the mobile gas station. If the container is damaged, the electronic vacuum leak detector detects the drop in vacuum and ensures that both a visual and acoustic alarm is triggered.
